 To enhance your buying and selling experience, it’s our job as real estate professionals to provide you with as much valuable information as possible. It is essential that you, the buyer,  be aware of all aspects of the real estate market before making a major decision. Our REO lists are updated on a weekly basis and are not distributed to the entire population of potential investors.  The lists available are for a very select number of counties in Northern California and require a tremendous amount of weekly research.   Each list is screened and specific to your unique needs and desires   With this in mind, please understand why we ask you to contact us directly from the 'Contact Me' tab at the right of this page so we can make a very select list that meets only your criteria.   We will then call you to begin the process of building your personal REO list.
